- A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a Booking ID is issued.
- Booking IDs are unique and must be presented at check-in.
- Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who cannot provide valid identification.
- Room availability is subject to change until a booking is fully confirmed and paid.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- Guests must vacate the room by check-out time. Failure to do so may result in charges for an additional day.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are accepted via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets).
- We do not accept cash payments through the website. On-site cash arrangements may be made directly.
- Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is successfully processed.
5. Guest Conduct and Property Rules
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb other guests or staff.
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed on the property without prior written permission.
- Loud music or gatherings after 10:00 PM are not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- The management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave without refund if they cause disturbance or damage.
6. Liability Limitations
- The Royal Tiger Villa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
- We are not liable for disruptions due to natural events, power outages, or factors outside our control.
- Guests participate in wildlife activities (safaris, nature walks) at their own risk.
